How we manage your move

Step 1

An initial meeting is arranged to discuss your requirements and we compile a report and quotation based on your individual requirements.

Step 2

We instruct your Home Information Pack and arrange for the Home Inspector to attend your property for assessment. You cannot market your property until this has been instructed.

Step 3

We arrange for one of our recommended local Estate Agents to value your property. Once a selling price is agreed, we instruct them to commence marketing the property, including advertising in the local press and on the Rightmove and Prime Location websites.

Step 4

We can act as the primary contact point for viewings and arrange convenient appointments with the Estate Agent

Step 5

Once a sale is agreed, we instruct one of our recommended solicitors to act on your behalf.

Step 6

The property search. We can help source suitable properties for you according to the brief which you have provided us with. We will provide you with property particulars, arrange viewings, and if you prefer, we will negotiate a purchase price with the Estate Agent on your behalf.

Step 7

We have our own in-house professional Independent Mortgage Brokers, who can arrange any mortgage and insurance required for your purchase.

Step 8

As completion approaches, we liase closely with Estate Agents, Solicitors and Vendors to arrange and finalise the moving date, exchange of contract etc.

Step 9

Once a moving date has been set, we will arrange for our recommended removals firm to book a slot for moving day and discuss any special requirements.

Step 10

On moving day we will be available to help with any last minute hitches or emergencies. Once you have moved in, if you require any home improvements we can instruct a building project manager to make your move complete
