Initial Meeting

When you first contact us we will have an initial discussion to ascertain your circumstances. Following this initial meeting, we will prepare a written working brief, setting out what we understand your needs to be and outlining exactly what we will provide, with costs.

Whilst many of our clients like to use Indigo to manage all aspects of their move, we would stress that our service is completely flexible and can be adapted to your individual circumstances. Throughout the process, our commitment is to provide you with a totally personalised service. We will communicate via whichever means is most convenient to you, keeping you fully up to date with progress at each stage.

HOME INFORMATION PACK (HIP)

We can arrange the purchase of a HIP and arrange for the Home Inspector to attend your property for assessment. You cannot legally market your property until this has been instructed. top

PROPERTY SALE

Indigo can manage the sale of your property. We have built strong links with many Estate Agents within the Hertfordshire and London areas and will arrange for our recommended Agents to value your property and instruct them to commence marketing the property, including advertising in the local press and on the Rightmove and Prime Location websites. We can also manage appointments for potential buyers and liaise with the Agent in respect of appropriate offers. top

LEGAL LIAISON

Indigo has established relationships with several legal firms and are able to ensure an appropriate Solicitor is allocated to manage the legal aspects of your move. top

PROPERTY SEARCH

The property search can be a time consuming and frustrating experience. At Indigo we aim to make this as stress free as possible. Our property search consultant will meet with you and discuss all your requirements from type of house to location and local amenities. If you are not familiar with certain areas then an area familiarisation tour may be suitable to help with the search.

The ultimate aim of the search is to find properties that fit your criteria. We have extensive contacts with Estate Agents, Property Consultants and our own network of private clients. This enables us to source properties quickly and effectively, potentially before they even come onto the market.

Once a shortlist of properties has been selected, we can carry out the initial visit and report back on the suitability. top

Once a suitable property has been identified, we are able to negotiate on your behalf if you wish. In our experience this often results in a fast, efficient and cost effective purchase process. top

Indigo's recommended removal companies are able to provide a total moving package for you, ensuring peace of mind that all your possessions are transported safely and on time. top

DESIGN & BUILD PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once you have moved into your property, Indigo are able to provide a project management service to you, should you need to undertake any building alterations on your new property. top
